On my way home from the garage my car…

On my way home from the garage my car was not driving right. Then my engine light came on and some warning messages on my dash board. When I got home and popped my bonnet I discovered a pipe had not been connected back to my engine. This could have been very serious if I had to drive my car further as I had no power to my car when I put my accelerator pedal to the floor

Still no refund in my account after it…

Still no refund in my account after it said error with payment. That’s £75 I need back.

Hi Larnie, We are very sorry for the delay with your refund! Our standard refund process can take up to 10 working days from the date your return reaches our warehouse, plus an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to clear. Our warehouse team works hard to process as many returns as possible but we understand how frustrating a delay can be. If a refund has not been issued after the general time frame, please reach out to our customer care team with the order number, the items sent back and a picture of proof of postage so it can be investigated further. ~ Shakeel
