Unsafe Driver

Driver consistently drove well over the speed limit and kept looking at his phone to read messages. I think he was waiting and / or accepting jobs. (His phone eas displaying £60.13 which i assume was his fare). Undertook other cars at speed and cut in front of cars after overtaking. Did not feel safe.

Good service but beware of the retrospective additional charge

Efficient service and friendly assessor. Beware of pricing though! The quoted price seems reasonable enough (£65 I think) but after the assessment you'll get stung for an additional fee if your home is over 1,500 square meters (about 1650 sqft)! It's in the terms and conditions that no one ever reads so beware.

Host advertising non existent property, cancelling & re-listing under different terms

Made TWO attempts to book the same 2 bed apartment in Las Vegas (Property ID 3016657vb). On the first occasion the host cancelled our booking (using the excuse that there were 'construction works'). He then immediately re-listed the same property with the same availability but with less generous cancellation terms. I made a booking request for the same apartment AGAIN only to be told it was not available and offered a different 1 bedroom apartment for the same price. I refused. I am now waiting for my refund from the first booking. Cannot currently get through to VRBO Customer Services to complain and to invoke their 'Book with Confidence Guarantee' & seek their reassurance that my payment will be refunded in full.
