Appalling Lack of Professsionalism

Contacted them at beginning of December to have my rear window wiper motor checked and possibly replaced as it was not working. They suggested doing a full check which I agreed with. It was suggested to have the window wiper motor replaced, as well as the 4 tyres as they were "below the safe wear limit". I was happy to have the tyres as well as the wiper motor replaced and was asdvised that they would contact me when the order arrived. Didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, called them and was told that they would "chase it up" and call me back - nothing happened for another week. I called them again and this time the person who answered declared that the order had arrived with them and she could not say why I hadn't been acknowledged. Booked the car to have items fitted. Later in the afternoon they called to say car ready for collection, however there had been "a miscommunication" as the washer pump hadn't actually arrived. Really disappointed, I went and collected the car. Following day, when I had to drive, warning sign came on saying that there was loss of pressure and needed it checking asap. Turns out all 4 tyres had different pressure - nothing to do with what the manufacturer stipulated. To top it up, the following day they phoned me to say they had ordered tyres a different make to what I had asked for but charged me for the better make that I had asked for! When I asked why did they take the liberty to do such a thing, they could not answer. In the end, NOTHING was done properly and I am still having to take time off work to take the car in and pay for taxis unnecessary. Would not recommend them to anyone.
The following day after submitting this review I was indeed contacted by the local branch rep who apologized for all the inconvenience and declared they wanted to be given the opportunity to put things right. I was offered an appointment to have the tyres I had ordered initially as well as the wiper jet motor which I was advised had arrived. I was also offered a free of charge service for the car and was told that I would be sent "right after ending the call" the confirmation email. Needless to say, no email has arrived - and it's been almost another week since!It seems things are getting from bad to worse

Absolutely appalled would not recommend…

Absolutely appalled would not recommend this company and will never have a boiler from them ever again. Boiler was installed 4 years ago and came with a 10 year guarantee. Broke Friday morning and contacted them to arrange for it to be repaired, they advised it would be "high priority" as no hot water and no heating in these extremely cold days, only to be told they would call me on Monday morning to see WHEN they can arrange to come fix it. If this is "high priority" I don't want to know what low priority is for you, people should not be left like this in the bitter cold for days, especially when they are vulnerable. Poor quality service as well as poor customer service. Lots of things to fix there.

One of the worst shopping experiences I…

One of the worst shopping experiences I had. They sent the shoes in the wrong size, I contacted their customer service and asked for either the right shoes to be sent at no extra cost or a full refund, and there was no reply. After paying for the product, I had to pay transportation, vat and import duties (which almost doubled the price), only to receive a product that is not fit for purpose as cannot be used. I believe this company is scamming customers

Scammers

Ordered Jaguar e-type, there was an issue with some of the parts that were not available, they sent me a letter back in August 2019 to tell me they were dealing with it.never heard anything from them ever since, despite my repeated attempts to contact them and finish the model. Last I contacted them last week, yet again, their customer service didn’t even bother reply and today, I am being sent this feedback questionnaire from them lmao. This company is a bad joke, surprised they’re still trading - or scamming to be more precise

Catalogue of incompetence

I purchased the car in June 2022. Everything was fine until a warning light came on. This was reported to cazoo who arranged for a garage to look at it. The garage said it was a voltage fault and reset the light. 2 weeks later the light came back on and we reported it to cazoo 7 times. they said each time that they would arrange a repair but they never contacted us to do so. When we were finally given a date it was at our local Halfords, went there and when we arrived the manager knew nothing about it, the email we were given from cazoo had an invalid garage account number. Interestingly, we were the second customer from cazoo that morning with the same issue. At that point we went straight to our local cazoo, as we were sick of being fobbed off by cazoo customer service. We were told that they would arrange an inspection on site on the following week. We went there as planned and we were told the car needed a part. The part were supposedly arriving 3 days later, but we gave them additional 4 days. We took the car in, and 15 min later, they called us to say they actually didn't have the part. We went and took the car and they told us to bring it back to them in another 3 days, as the part would be there. I asked them to call me that day to let me know if the part was there or not. Needles to say, I didn't get any phone calls, so we had to return in person and chase it up yet again. We arranged to leave the car with them on Monday evening 10.10.22 and they assured me the car would be ready the following day. At that point, I told them "fix it or refund it".
As I am writing this, the car is still at cazoo, they still have NOT CONTACTED us to tell us if the part had arrived or had been installed. After spending my money to buy the car from cazoo as well as 4 year extended warranty, I have no car to go to wok with. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a customer, nor did I see such level of incompetence.

Disappointed to see wasn't able to use…

Disappointed to see wasn't able to use my blue light card voucher as "it didn't qualify for the products ordered". Just another fake and misleading promo. Curious what the voucher would qualify for, if it didn't qualify for ordering make-up products from a beauty company 🤔
