Useless

I had an appointment in November that was cancelled at the last minute so I had to book another one. Couldn't get one until February and that was cancelled last minute too. I phoned to rearrrange and was told there was no itinerary which apparently means there are no appointments available. Just an absolute joke.

Won't use this place again

This is not a very easy place to get to. Also they entice you in by saying you will get the car cleaned after the work is done but they don't do it. I wouldn't bring my car here again.

Terrible

I went to my appointment only to find that it had been cancelled by text the previous day. When I phoned to rearrange I complained that a text message is not an appropriate way to cancel an appointment. The person I was speaking to just laughed and hung up.

Poor wuality

The clothes are quite expensive. I bought a Breton top from Jigsaw but after wearing it a couple of times it had holes in it. Wouldn’t buy anything from there again
