Dreadful company,arrogant and rude and their home policy is rubbish,unfortunately we paid them in full or we would cancel and 100% we will not be renewing with them

Hi,every 1,this business is a horrible business and I used to buy off them for years,but I have now stopped and i buy from else where and I will never give them 1 more penny of my money,even the staff are as bad as the junk they sell.If you want your money back when you receive your purchased junk,it will be delivered by DPD and if the item you receive is smashed accidentally 😉they have to refund and if they do not make a charge back with your bank,there is no way they can get around this and you must keep photos of your purchase from their website and then take photos of the accidentally smashed item or items and you will get your hard earned money back Good 👍 luck

Dreadful company,I put a deposit on a car and would you believe they sold it to some 1 else and then when my partner queried this he was spoken to in a disgusting manner by the Business manager Steven,he is a disgrace and should not be a manager and after this experience I am so pleased I did not buy the car and my advice would be is to be careful buying from this company and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned which I suppose I will have to do a bank charge back to recover my money Very Very poor

Worst experience ever,I had to constantly chase 250 pounds for a a forgotten v5 for my part exchange which they were given the same day they charged me the 250,I eventually got it back and then Motorpoint Derby registered my car to someone else’s address who has nothing to do with me which meant my car insurance was invalid,so I have now returned the car under the 14 day cooling off period which every 1 can do and I have now purchased another car off a main dealer who were excellent and a lot cheaper so check the main dealers before you purchase off Motor point. I doubt I will ever buy off Motor point again because I was told constant lies and they just did not care and after returning my car I had to argue with the manager to get a lift back to Nottingham which they agreed to,my whole experience was absolutely shocking so they have now lost a customer who has spent over 80,000 pounds cash on cars from them in the last 4 years

I Ordered a water tank they took my money then said it had been dispatched then cancelled and only partially refunded until I questioned the refund then fully refunded,the woman I spoke to over the phone was 1 of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken to,you are best going to another supplier.My first experience and never again
