would recommend using American Express as the their customer service is excellent, agents are always on the other end of the phone, very understanding and communicate clearly the next steps, feel much safer using AMEX to shop knowing i have that support

i spoke today with sumayah (not sure how to spell her name) and she was very kind and understanding, she explained information well and took time to make sure i could write things down
i especially appreciated her patience and how she went the extra mile to advise me, i would definitely recommend this company

really great care company

really great care company, shelly especially was really helpful from the set up of the care plan to making sure and adjusting things as needed, we were new to carers but shelly was really helpful and made sure things were done properly and i could always call the out of hours number if there were issues and then the carers themselves are really lovely people my grandma was very fond of them and said they made her feel so good about herself, special thanks to Anisa who always went above and beyond

these guys have been great so much…

these guys have been great so much better than the last company i took finance out with, prompt responses, always kept me up to date with the next steps and were really helpful in advocating for me with troubles i had with the selling dealership special thanks to samuel my case handler he did a great job would deffo recommend if taking out finance to go with a company that go the extra mile like this

i had a lot of trouble with my contact lense , i called the contact lenses centre and they were really helpful, they were appreciative of my needs and understanding, they took less than 24 hours to resolve the situation and promptly had another batch sent out, special thanks to Lynn who helped

avoid this company at all costs they…

avoid this company at all costs they say contradictory information then refuse to put this in writing and claim to have lost call recordings, this company haven’t heard of a prompt response emails take over 30 days for a response and my complaint was open for over 60 days with them despite their maximum time frame of 45 days

edit: false promises made in the response below creation finance as always failed to deliver, avoid this company especially if you want to be treated with any kind of respect

would not recommend was sold a vehicle…

would not recommend was sold a vehicle with long term faults the dealership tried to deny responsibility and claim it was my use despite independent diagnostics proving otherwise, fault occurred within first 7 days of owning vehicle, now been lumbered with having to go through finance company to get this resolved

update i was advised not to contact yourself by my lender and if the lender refused to provide the 2 different independent diagnostic reports which i paid for out my own pocket i cannot be held responsible
the vehicle presented issues within its first 7 days of purchase despite your assurances at point of sale the vehicle had been checked in depth which was clearly not the case

After looking back on the events leading up to your review we would like to point out a few facts that has led to this situation and hopefully clear up a few things.
We always stand by the vehicles we sell and have never denied responsibility.. To keep this reply as short as possible, We contacted you multiple times throughout your complaint and you never answered or replied, I personally called you a number of times with no answer, left voicemails and sent text messages, then when you did finally reply, almost 5 months later your reasoning for not replying to us so we could assist you was that it would potentially go against the ongoing claim you had with your lender. No independent diagnostics ever came to us during your complaint, even though we requested it from the lender. If you would like to discuss it further please do not hesitate to give us a call. ( on reflection of your trustpilot account its hard to believe that 14 out of 17 purchases you have made, deserved a 1 star review ) .

seemed helpful initially however after having an issue with suspension after having the vehicle only 2 weeks the dealership have been avoiding calls and texts. I have now had to involve my finance company due to the lack of communication from this dealership.

disgustingly rude interview asked intrusive and invasive questions which were completely irrelevant to the job itself further from this the interviewer had 0 sense of professionalism i would avoid doing business or working for this pathetic excuse of a company

i would never ever fly with this…

i would never ever fly with this airline again

boarding closed 'early' i was given no notice about this nor was this documented in any terms, i showed up nearly a half hour before the gate was due to close and was told i could not board as boarding had 'closed early', meaning myself, partner along with 8 other passengers were unable to fly and had no other option except to pay over £500 for a new ticket. this is beyond unacceptable. i have raised a case with the Civil Aviation Authority as well as the Financial Ombudsmen as this is disgusting service. I will never ever fly with this atrocious airline ever again.

previously a good company,
i have had numerous products insured with D&G and was always an incredible experience with customer service until my dyson was sent for repair to Equinox, who fitted damaged parts to my dyson and when raised with D&G said they would investigate, nearly 2 months and 2 further direct debit payments later i was told that Equinox had LIED and said they had not used refurbished and damaged parts despite previously admitting they had on a previous phone call conversation, D&G claimed there was nothing i could do even if i had photographic evidence of my damaged product, unfortunate wont be using D&G again following this

my dyson was sent to this company on behalf of Domestic and General, after an email, text and phone call only then was i able to get any information regarding the repair was carried out, upon receiving my vacuum cleaner they had used refurbished and cosmetically damaged parts. when raised with domestic and general they had then LIED and claimed this was untrue despite admitting this on a previous phone call conversation with them. never ever again would i have a product 'repaired' by this awful company

continues to be an awful delivery service
would not recommend whatsoever, drivers have lie don multiple occasion claiming to have been to the property but no one answered, but for some reason the 'photo' proof is a blank picture??? not to mention drivers putting down incorrect reasons for a missed delivery resulting in my medication being sent back to the depo

had issues with my Dyson Corrale i was able to call customer services on a bank holiday, a very helpful agent gathered some details and arranged a replacement to be sent the next day! Will absolutely be buying from Dyson again.

very pleasant experience and very helpful staff both in store and the cafe, staff were very helpful with my grandmother in a wheelchair and offered to take purchases over to the checkout and even to the car! would highly recommend the cafe, great prices and again very helpful staff, bringing orders to the table.

ordered an item next day delivery didn’t show after 2 days messaged boohoo who said all i could do was wait despite explaining i’ve paid for next day delivery and that this has happened before. i even asked if they could just send out another of the same item to which they said no. this is appalling service the item still hasn’t shown up 6 days later. there is no point in paying for next day delivery when the item doesn’t even show up 6 days later and staff refuse to give a refund or send another item out before that period.

the reply is clearly generic because
A. i haven’t provided any order details on the review or privately
B. the item is no longer on its way back to me nor was it at the time the response was posted

don’t respond to a review with false information just to make the company look good it’s misleading and frankly embarrassing do better

Thank you for this review, I'm sorry to hear your parcel has experienced a delay in getting to you. Although the majority of our orders are delivered within the timeframe chosen at checkout, delays with couriers do sometimes happen that are out of our control and when they do, they ask to allow more time for delivery to be made before we are able to declare the parcel as lost and offer a refund or resend on it. This parcel is still expected to be delivered and the courier will be working hard to get it to you as soon as possible. 

I appreciate your patience with this.

avoid! i ordered online and waited 7 days finally emailed to ask where my order was and told it would be dispatched soon the following day i emailed again and was told the item was now out of stock! absolutely unbelievable that a company can run like this, how does an order take 7 days to be dispatched, if it was dispatched on time the product would still be in stock and i would have my order. very surprised to see a company working with such high profile brands has such appalling service

to businesses and consumers don't even bother with this joke of a business. TWICE DPD have for no reason at all failed to deliver a package the next working day and even the day following. even after contacting them multiple times their own contact centre can't get in touch with the local depot! numerous calls and always told the same answer of 'we don't know why they haven't delivered' awful company. i'm convinced at this point it's a joke it has to be, no way is there a company like this who fails so spectacularly to do one thing, which is deliver on time and if not figure out why they haven't done so, is still running. all you get told is sorry we don't know why, excuse after excuse and even AFTER all that the package still doesn't show! somehow gets stuck at the depot, but that's the same excuse i've heard before.
