Helpful knowledgeable staff

As always a wonderful stay. Unfortunately our water pump decided not to work and our thanks go to John for trying to get it working. Alas to no avail. We always carry a 5 litre bottle of water that we could refill so we were fine. We love the town, shops, museum and lots of wonderful eating places.

The heavy parcels were left on the doorstep. We were in but never heard a knock on the door. The parcel blocked our only way out of the house. Glad there wasn't a fire! Our daughter had to scramble over them to move them! A little thought please.

A better option than taking out the extra insurance with the car hire company. The staff are helpful if you you need to have something clarification.

CAMC sites and staff are fantastic. The sites are well kept and the toilet blocks are always extremely clean.
