WHAT A JOKE OF A SERVICE

This is the second time I’ve had issues with DHL failing to deliver a parcel.

On 16/03, the driver buzzed my flat but was unable to communicate in English. I literally ran downstairs, the driver couldn’t drive off quick enough.

I rearranged delivery for 20/03, giving five days’ notice and making sure I was available all day. I have now checked the tracking and, without any attempt to contact me, it states the delivery was has been rescheduled.

I have stayed home specifically for this delivery, and it’s extremely frustrating to see repeated failures with no clear explanation or accountability.

Very poor service!!!

Absolute joke of a service

Absolute joke of a service. I would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve ordered the same item twice and both deliveries have failed in exactly the same way. The drivers do not seem able to communicate in English, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve anything at the door.

Today I had a delivery scheduled. My apartment buzzer was pressed, and when I tried to speak to the driver through the intercom I couldn’t understand what they were saying. To help them, I buzzed the door open and immediately ran downstairs to meet them. By the time I got there, the driver had already driven off.

This has now happened two times in a row with deliveries handled by DHL.

How can drivers be sent to deliver to apartment buildings if they cannot communicate with the customer and leave before the door is even reached? This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered during this process, and even more so for the inconvenience this has raised.

Although, the reference you've provided within the relevant field isn't a DHL Express tracking number. I can confirm this item has been sent using the DHL Ecommerce UK division. As we don't have access to their systems, I won't be able to attain any of the details or assist further with this complaint I'm afraid.

I can only advise you to reach out to DHL Ecommerce UK for further assistance, I do hope the matter can be seen to and resolved as soon as possible.
