My car's Service A was undertaken in…

My car's Service A was undertaken in the allotted time frame!
However, the Mercedes-Benz online service booking requires clarity!!
My service date & time were confirmed by email; an hour & six minutes later I received a further email from a Lookers Customer Contact Centre Advisor in Newcastle upon Tyne to say that the latest waiting appointment was an hour earlier (13:00) than confirmed (14:00)?

5th car

All staff members are extremely helpful and polite making the purchase of my new car easy, nothing is too much trouble and any questions I had were answered in depth. If I had questions about different interiors, this was answered by finding the different finishes in cars on site.
Whilst going through the purchase I was regularly offered drinks and asked if there was anything else they could do.
As this is my 5th vehicle from the same dealership they must be doing something right.

Mercedes-Benz of Stafford

Professional input from Sales Executive Oliver Kostuch during the process of my purchase.
Negative experience was that although my purchase was through Mercedes-Benz of Stafford I was getting emails referring to Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury?!

A fantastic trip from start to finish

A fantastic trip from start to finish. From the minute we were collected to the minute we returned back to our drop off point was wonderful. We were made to feel as if we were part of the lochs and glens family. The hotel was beautiful with warm and welcoming staff, and the food was lovely.

Had composite front door and Upvc back…

Had composite front door and Upvc back door fitted to an old terraced house. Our fitter Tony made a fantastic job of fitting the doors and the property is now looking very smart and it feels so much more secure, he was very conscientious about finish and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them.

Returning user of checkatrade

I have used checkatrade several times now and they always provide relevant trades people for the jobs posted. I try to use local people with a good reputation who have had recent reviews. As I'm not a trades person myself I have to trust reviews of others that have used their services and so far it's worked for me.

Simple enough process to begin with got a quote after declaring medical conditions then quote doubled.

Thank you for your feedback,

One's medical conditions are used (among other things) to calculate the price quoted by the insurers, so I'm afraid the only circumstance under which the price would double would be if you first obtained a price by quoting with no conditions, and then added them in afterwards, in which case I am sorry to say that it's unfortunate but not in the least surprising that the price would increase.

Replacement UFH Zone Valve

Nu-Heat's Technical Support representative was able to guide me through a UFH pump problem - providing information to establish the root cause & a link to a replacement part, if it was required.
