Thank you for letting us know, and I’m very sorry about the condition and location of your delivery. Leaving a parcel exposed outside without proper protection—especially when the tracking information claimed it was placed in the porch—is not acceptable. It’s understandable that this has caused concern and frustration, especially when far better alternatives were available.
