Use parcel force or dpd

Wow.. just looking at the Trust Pilot reviews I can see I’m just wasting my time.. currently on a 60 minute hold queue for tracked 48 item that’s not been delivered. Deliberately worked from home and stayed in all day for an item to get an email update saying my address was inaccessible! Checked my cctv, no attempt. I live on a 40mph road, no issues with delays or traffic. Clearly RM have overbooked their driver and used this as an excuse to.. should have used a different parcel company than rely on RM .. they wonder why they are going out of business.. complete crap

Booked a test ride online for a Ducati…

Booked a test ride online for a Ducati 899 Panigale at CMC Newport, confirmed by email. I travelled 130 miles from North Wales, only to be left waiting over an hour, told to “float about,” and eventually informed the bike didn’t even work. The Ducati on display was in poor condition with badly fitted fairings—nothing like the immaculate standards I’ve always seen at CMC Clay Cross.

A 260-mile wasted round trip, no test ride, no purchase, and a huge loss of confidence in CMC. Very disappointing, especially after previously recommending them to friends.
Purchased a bike in December from Clay Cross and service was exceptional! Bike was immaculate! What has happened to CMC?

Ordered oak banisters that stated next…

Ordered oak banisters that stated next day delivery. Arrived 5 days later and when received they were bent. Contacted B&Q who fobbed me off at every opportunity and passed me over to the actual supplier. Supplier had zero interest, stated they would send a replacement out. 4 weeks later, no contact, no new parts, no refund. Now waiting patiently for the 12 week period where I will request a DSAR and contact the ombudsman. Such a poor customer service

Extremely poor customer experience …

Ordered on line and agreed a deliver date. Scheduled morning off work to wait for delivery. Received text to confirm appointment.. Appointment time went by without any contact from Wicks. Called three different office's in Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham, chasing my delivery. Finally got through to someone to be advised driver is late can we leave your items outside! Couldn't do this due to the items they were and the wet weather. I needed to cancel afternoon clients to wait for delivery. Extremely poor standards, poor communication and customer journey. Will be ordering elsewhere in future due to the loss of earnings having to cancel clients to accommodate this extremely poor service

Great communication on BO parts

Always had great service from DR bikes with quick shipping. Even available on the phone to ensure parts are correct. Recently ordered some brake pads that went on back order, I was emailed by DR Bikes to advise. Their email hit my Spam as “Sales”@drbikes so please look out for this in your email. I missed it first time but DR bikes followed up with a chaser email as I hadn’t replied. Back order parts does occur from time to time, that’s fine I get it, all you can ask is good communication which is what I received. Top supplier and will continue to purchase with DR bikes in future.

Charged twice when trying to return and item

Called to return and large item sleeper bed. AI phone service is frustrating but finally got through the returns. Lady on the phone was yawning when speaking with her so need her to repeat what she was trying to say. Not very professional. Passed through to large items department to advise two boxes were delivered for the sleeper bed and that I had recieve two of the same boxes rather than a part 1 and part 2 box. Agent advised they can send out the part 2 box and return a part 1 box but I would need to purchase the bed again and be charged. Once I received this they will then process a return within 14 days! After already paying for the incorrect item once, I wasn't going to accept being charged again to rectify a mistake of the supplier. I just cancelled my order as a result. Will head to IKEA to purchase the product which I tried to avoid buying from very.

I had a frustrating experience with Hastings Direct initially when trying to update my policy to reflect a new registration on my motorcycle. However, after speaking with Lucinda from the Customer Care team, my opinion has completely turned around.

Lucinda couldn’t have been more helpful – she provided clear updates, explained the technical issues that had caused the problem, and processed the update quickly and efficiently. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, my insurance was reinstated, and I’ve chosen to remain a loyal Hastings Direct customer.

Lucinda is an absolute credit to her team, and her efforts are the reason I decided to pay for my policy in full. Fantastic service – thank you!

It's ok

Great app but dissapointed with the beacon in the car. Often doesn't track my journeys when it should. I like all the reports it can create but the mileage count beacon is far better and more reliable contesting automatically to my phone. Lots of positives with this app but not sure I will renew my annual subscription

Disgraceful, Greedy company

Reported a faulty meter with E-On nearly 2 years ago. Despite endless attempts trying to have this inspected and resolved, all my complaints went without action. Eventually I was threatened with court action so I paid my bill in full despite my complaints. EON then decided to have a smart meter installed. The engineer who attend was brilliant but was shocked at the cost of my daily rate charged and the bills I have been receiving. My house is a 3 bedroom detached using electric only with E-On as my central heating is oil with seperate supplier. Average bill is £260 per month electric only.
Disgraceful greedy company who don't care about customers, just profits

Poor food, poor staff, poor customer journey

Lock keeper Brewers Fayre in Chesterfield. Arrived for breakfast at 10.30 Saturday morning. Waited 10 minutes to be seated whilst staff were on the phone taking bookings, other staff just walked past us and made no attempt to seat us given breakfast was closing at 11am. Finally the staff offered to seat us but requested we paid prior to being seated to which I obliged. Paid the £18 for me and the wife to have a full breakfast, once the payment had been made the employee seating us then advised they had limited food on the buffet as the will stop serving in 20 minutes. Seated at the table and went straight to the buffet.. No eggs, no beans, no black pudding, no mushrooms.. just hash brown, bacon and sausage.. asked if the chef could cook more eggs to be told it will be 10 minutes! Waited for the eggs to come out whuch they finally did, they cooked 5 eggs if which me and the other queing customers took one each.. No bowls available for the cereal and needed to wait for a passing staff member to request this. Finally got to my table with my very limited and cold left overs from the buffet and some granola before staff started clearing away the breakfast area. Coffee machine at this point was unavailable and the orange juice had been removed. Shocking customer journey, terrible cold food and a total rip off..
Anyone staying in the hotel here save your money as the Tesco cafe is accross the road with all day breakfast available.. wish I had chosen this option.. Will be sending my complaint to the premier Inn who I booked my stay with.. years of using Premier Inn 3 times a week with work but brewers fayre really impact on your stay with their poor service

Poor service, poor food

Order took over 2 hours to arrive. Chilli & chips, the chill was so dry and tasteless it looked like yesterday's food reheated. Pulled pork and chips was also very poor, tasteless and dry. The sweet chilli chicken was cut into so many small pieces you couldn't enjoy it, it reminded me of canned cat food! I've ordered from here in the past but both the food and service is getting progressively worse. That's the last order I'll make
