Four salesmen sat at desks doing nothing. I was there for 25 minutes before one of the moved. The receptionist said they were all busy. This was a Saturday, late afternoon. I will not go back

Items ordered never arrived
I ordered a bookcase in June. Litfad took the money straightaway. Its now late September and the goods have not arrived. Looking back...when I hit the 'buy' button a warning from Natwest Bank came up on Google but by then it was too late to do anything. My emails to Litfad went unanswered. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

Tapco worked at one of my clients over a weekend. They did a terrific job, nice and careful, tidy and precise. The price was very important and they came in lowest of three quotes and gave me the confidence to place more work with them next time. Good job, well done.

Tapco came quickly to my help and…
Tapco were recommended to me and came quickly to my help and advised what had to be done. They emailed a fixed price for the job that was lower than my architect had predicted. And, on the day, they did a great job and left the area looking immaculate after. Would definitely recommend.
