My MOT & service was a first class experience, partly because of the monthly plan I benefit from there was nothing extra to pay I was kept informed of my cars progress and treated with respect and kindness Thank you Jordan, Dan and serving team

Nice staff Unfortunately warranty department took 4 days to approve work Went to collect car, another fault! Hadn’t even driven a inch before new problem Pleased to say, so far, all work carried out by extended monthly warranty payment Worth paying

Travelled with daughters family and 19 month child. Stayed all inclusive but found drinks inferior to guests staying DBB and paying for drinks as they go Food excellent in presentation, choice and quality. Restaurant can get VERY busy Children’s indoor play area could be limited on staff at times and equipment could do with a freshen up in cleanliness All staff impeccable and made welcome Taxi into local village reasonable and close to walk Very enjoyable holiday Had all inclusive used better ingredients for drinks would have given 5*

An easy to use website, kept informed of delivery, package arrived intact and well wrapped Delighted with shampoo which only used twice so far has already made a massive difference to my hair putting moisture into the sun dry ends. So relieved

Delightful, clean, immaculately presented, well equipped property. 5 adults and one small dog had a wonderful time in Monterey Would not hesitate in recommending
I rang Neater Heat a week ago for a quote. They confirmed by email and a date was arranged over the telephone with lovely staff who made the process very easy. Ashley arrived within the given time, within a week of by initial enquiry. He couldn't have done more for us. Well presented, clean, clearly spoken and got on with the job in hand and explained everything he had done before leaving, I can't thank you enough for everything from start to finish. I would not hesitate in using Neater Heat again
Good choice of EasyJet flights, just hope they don’t cancel! Easy website with payment option choices
14/6/23 advised to check in through EasyJet booking system. Disgusted to find out I have to buy our seats return :-(. This should be included in TUI holiday price. Very misleading
Found it a bit tricky allocating the discount code, got there after 4th attempt. Look forward to receiving my chocs ;-))
