The work was done quickly on a waiting appointment to a great standard. They communicated clearly, and in the end charged me less than the quote because not all parts purchased in were required.

I contacted them about a weather seal for the sun-roof after crows had attacked it. I was promptly advised that because the car was out of warranty, the diagnostic fee would be £220.00. I advised it didn't need diagnosis, it needs a replacement seal. They advised BMW policy was to charge £220.00 for a diagnostic regardless of the problem if I wanted them to fix it. I wanted to ask them how much they were charging me for the phone call to tell me that they would charge me £220 for a quote.

Our solicitor was excellent. Prompt communications, clear explanations and they did what they said they would do for the price agreed. Any additional costs were specific to our property, clearly explained and reasonable. We will be contacting Christi Hayes to act for us when we find the property we want to buy.
