If I could rate this as a minus I would !!. Absolutely disgraceful. No food prepared or ready supposed to be all you could eat breakfast. The excuse was they had more customers than they had prepared for! Really? Apart from our party of 6 there was only 4 people in the place !. Pounced on to pay up front as soon as we walked through the door Shame there was no food ready ! Having to be told we had to wait was poor service. Would NEVER RECOMMEND

Wrote a review got contacted by Mr Q asking me to please remove my review. Just to prove a point I logged on. Deposited. Played for 13 minutes lost every penny of £200.Aware that 13 minutes is not a long time but not prepared to deposit again. No fun at all. Point proven !

Rest assured that our team is doing its best to get back to you as fast as possible and when Marcus (Bot) greets you this is for a speedy reply where all the info you may need to complete the enquiry is done quickly. Glad to see that you did have spoken to several members of our Crew to assist you. OJO loves to give back and when claiming offers/promos these have to be done directly from the offer on your Kicker page. When you made the deposit on 01.09.2025 this was completed while in game play so no offer was claimed. Used Sykes several times in the past. Couple issues but… this time I vow NEVER again! Booked to go on holiday. Paid deposit. Time came to pay balance. My son was involved in a serious accident. During this extremely stressful time, had multiple messages from Sykes about remaining balance. Informed them that my Son was really poorly and wasn’t sure when I could sort things out, but would be within the week. So Sykes just cancelled the booking took what money had been paid, and pretended that they had tried to ring me. Absolute disgrace of a company!!!. My Son sadly passed away from his injuries. Enjoy the money Sykes. It’s the very last you will EVER get from me

Great food. But never been so rushed in a restaurant ever!. You are expected to order starters and mains at the same time. Great that the food arrives within minutes but it all comes at the same time There is no chance of enjoying your starters while the mains are right in front of you getting cold. Appreciate that the faster customers are in and out it’s more money, but …… at least let them enjoy their food first !
