Disgusting behaviour from a company

Used Sykes several times in the past. Couple issues but… this time I vow NEVER again!
Booked to go on holiday. Paid deposit. Time came to pay balance. My son was involved in a serious accident. During this extremely stressful time, had multiple messages from Sykes about remaining balance. Informed them that my Son was really poorly and wasn’t sure when I could sort things out, but would be within the week. So Sykes just cancelled the booking took what money had been paid, and pretended that they had tried to ring me. Absolute disgrace of a company!!!. My Son sadly passed away from his injuries. Enjoy the money Sykes. It’s the very last you will EVER get from me
