Ordered a gazebo but realised I ordered one too big. Tried to cancel via email but no response until the item was posted. Anyway customer service advised to return the item for a full refund which I did as soon as it arrived the next day. Two days later my refund was on its way and I then ordered a smaller one 2mx2m . That arrived the following day and after putting it up I am very happy. The build quality is much stronger than I've seen compared to other one similar in price. Thicker metal frames built to last. The coverings are strong and well fitting. Easy to erect and looks great in my garden. I will be using it as a sun shelter during the summer and as its versatile add on sides means I've placed it next to my greenhouse for easy side access. (Pic) Overall I can highly recommend where quality style go so well together.

looked on their web site to see if i could buy a ticket for the garden. None available. So i went anyway to visit the harbour area instead. Problem is they only alow access to any part of the island if you have a garden or castle ticket. Which when i arrived i got turned away. No mention to access for the harbour was made clear on the web site unless you looked for it in FAQ.
Wasted of time and parking charges £6.
Not coming back 😕
