Great pub! Always a nice welcome at he Turmut Hoer Abbeymead Gloucester. Great food and great service from all staff, especially Carlos and Jada.

Had a bad experience with the new delivery service, Morrisons Now. They aim to deliver within the hour so when 2 hours had passed since ordering I contacted customer services who tried speaking to the person responsible at the store but they were on a break.I was told they would call me back. This never happened. A further 2 hours later I suddenly get a text from Uber to say my order is cancelled. Then 5 minutes after that Uber are at my door. Farcical from start to finish and 4 hours late!

TopCashback are doing a decent job, but it's the companies that are signed up that seem to drag their heels. Every time I buy insurance my payout takes over 6 months!

My car was involved in a no fault accident and was written off. In my head I assumed I had lots of hassle to come but One Call took the pressure off and the whole process was so easy! They really looked after me and I felt valued. Lucy (LH2) was brilliant!

The new "improved" website still won't let me do anything ie pay my bill or update personal information. The same error page has been coming up since being migrated to the new site. I took down my last 1 star review as I was assured the tech team were working on it. I see no evidence of that so this review goes back up. Severn Trent also don't provide an email address to contact them. I do not use WhatsApp (or should have to)

The whole process from start to finish was outstanding. No pressure to spend on things I didn't need. Efficient and expert fitters who were very tidy. Can't fault their workmanship.(Gloucester branch)

George (118849) was outstanding from the start. A genuinely decent man who even worked around my kitchen refit! Great quality product from Hillary's too.

The delivery chaps can't be faulted, they were excellent. However the notification text you are meant to get the day before a big delivery didn't get sent until 9.55pm telling me that I had the earliest slot starting at 7am! Way too late notice of an early slot.

2 brilliant and professional chaps, no issues at all.

The blind is beautiful, could not be happier. Liam came and took the order and he also fitted it; great to deal with one person all the way through.

Great app for knowing where your delivery is. On time, 2 great chaps left my items exactly where i wanted them. Faultless delivery.

Everything went perfectly! Can't praise your delivery chaps enough. Friendly, efficient, tidy and courteous.

Daniel at the Gloucester store was so helpful! I had a fairly good idea what i wanted (was buying chairs and carpet) and he was brilliant at letting me see how they would look together Nothing was too much trouble and he gave as much time as was needed. A very pleasant visit!
