Website still not working

The new "improved" website still won't let me do anything ie pay my bill or update personal information. The same error page has been coming up since being migrated to the new site. I took down my last 1 star review as I was assured the tech team were working on it. I see no evidence of that so this review goes back up. Severn Trent also don't provide an email address to contact them. I do not use WhatsApp (or should have to)

Thank you for your review - I've tried to give you a call but there was no answer.

I've taken a look on your account and can't see why you are unable to make the payments online, I have tested it on the website and on the mobile site and seems to be working. Please make sure when going online that you select the "New Portal" and register if you haven't already registered - you will need to make sure this is done first even if you had an online account with us before - if you have already done this then please log in using your email address and password that you set up.

When you are in your online account you select "Make a one off payment" , then it will either select to how much you owe or you select the customer amount and type in the amount you want to pay. this should process your payment for you.

To update your personal information across the top (on the desktop website) click on "Settings" this then gives you a list of options - one being "Personal Details". On mobile site there is the settings cog in the bottom right side and the same options are there.
