MASSIVE PRICE INCREASES
I have 3 policy's with direct line & my renewal arrived on 1 of the policy's but I will most certainly not be renewing because of the very unfavourable price I was given.No consideration was given to me even with having the 3 policy's.I would also like to add that there has been no claims on the policy's that would merit such a large increase.I will now look elsewhere for cover when my other 2 policy's are due for renew.I have noticed that Direct line is now owned by aviva so I assume the extra income they hope to generate will help to fund this.I am sure there are many customers who feel the same way I do & I hope Direct line get punished by people not accepting your massave price rises.
In reply to your comments I will never use direct line again because until I looked around for fairer prices did I see how much direct line did not have automatic renew customers loyalty on there quotes & simply hoped-for customers to accept the price.
