It was one of the best hotel experience…

It was one of the best hotel experience I had at Filion Suites Resort and Spa. Few names I must mention,

Manager: Regina
You will never be disappointed asking any type of help you need, she looked after us both as her own family member.

Bartender: Vasilis
His service was excellent, a smiley face is there to help you making your drinks the way you want it. He’s a star at the hotel. Hotel management should recognise his hard work and excellent Customer Service.

Chefs: Julian and Rony
They both ran extra mile for me making my beef curry with ginger, garlic, spices and herbs we like, as we do not eat pork and other dishes were too blunt for us. They took this extra effort several times in my week stay in that hotel

No hotel can be any better than that, including room service, restaurant and bar experiences

I spoke to Plus Heat regarding my boiler service during Christmas due to maintain its warranty. Fortunately Michael answered my call and he get my boiler service done within couple of days booking a local engineer. He was very courteous and he understood my need. He is a star.

Kim is a star

I made a call for renewal/cancellation of my contract, Kim answered my call and assisted me all the way. Finally Kim made me realise how important to have this contract in the event of crisis So, I continued with a renewal and decided to be with Plus Heat for another year. She was very polite and kind throughout the conversation, she’s a star, she is a highly recommended person to deal with any type customer.

I’m with PlusHeat since 2019. I finally tried cancelling my contract at the end of contract this year after three years but “Nicky” made me renew the contract instead. She made me realise how important to have this policy with PlusHeat, She is very kind and very helpful indeed. I believe every company should have someone like “Nicky” that customers can be helped. Long waiting time

Engineer came to repair performed an excellent job but it took an ages to get an appointment from Hoover.

Confirmation issue

I called a day before and The company undertook the job said, i’ll be reconfirmed an hour before the engineer arrive but he never reconfirm the arrival but he came on time. He performed the job very quick, rest were fine.
