New Audi car

We got a great car from Wearside Audi, although the car was originally at Teesside Audi, which in turn we found out was leased to a member of staff, so we faced a rather lengthy wait before we were able to get the car, which we found strange at how the car was put on sale in the first place.
This did cause us a bit of concern,but ultimately we were kept in the picture by our salesman Martin.
He explained everything to us about the delay etc. and yesterday we finally completed the deal.
Staff at Wearside were very helpful and courteous and dealt accordingly with everything, a great service overall

My order was delivered promptly and…

My order was delivered promptly and everything ok with that, but I was given the 15% discount some days before I actually ordered, and it wouldn’t work at all. This is despite getting emails telling me to use this discount. I also had issues of not being registered on the END app. despite using and buying plenty of stuff over the years, and my wishlist of clothes kept disappearing

Missing clothes

For at least the third time I’ve ordered clothes, and when I’ve received my order there was a piece missing, no explanation, no prior warning, or even given the chance to order something else in its place, just my order with the piece missing scribbled out on the receipt.

I ordered 4 items and only received 3 without any correspondence or explanation of why I didn’t receive my order in full

I can see we have had to refund this item as our dispatch team were unable to locate this in our warehouse.
