I recently purchased an Ohme Home Pro charger supplied and installed by Ascent Energy. From my initial enquiry, they provided professional help in ensuring I had made the right choice of model. They also guided me in ensuring my energy provider completed the necessary meter cupboard modification to accommodate the charger. Once ready, the installation was scheduled conveniently, and engineer Jordan attended my property. The work was tidy and to a very high standard. Upon completion, I was also shown how to use the charger and set up the device within the mobile app. I am delighted with the quality and service received and highly recommend Ascent Energy.
