Order not arrived, been emailing for last two weeks had one reply saying they couldn’t locate my email address yet I’ve sent order number and details in several occasions which have been ignored, no not order , it won’t arrive and bloody good luck getting a refund

Awful, caused so much stress, blocked my account following a withdrawel, one successful withdrawel and one pending, deposited money to my account whilst one withdrawel pending and my account blocked immediately, customer services no help, apparently my ID is not good enough!? Then was sent a paragraph from terms and cond. about cheating!? How!? Its bingo! Seams the site do jot want to pay out winnings, contacted gambelling commission followed there advise, mecca still not willing to discuss or resolve, now waiting for ombudsman from IBAS to review and solve the case , never again will i ise this site, all j want is my miney back, how a site can jusitify blocking you after sending money from my bank to mecca account is beyond me, theft.
