MOT time delay - The delay between receiving the video…

The delay between receiving the video from the mechanic advising that my car had passed it's MOT until the Adviser confirmed it was available seemed excessive as about 40 minutes. I think a better focus on the customer experience would benefit the expectations of all customers.
This reply from 'Head Office' is exactly the problem regarding customer service. I am NOT making a complaint at the service from Lookers Chelmford just purely making an observation at just how you could improve customer service. I would suggest Head Office should forward this information to their service department at Ford Lookers Chelmford rather than expect myself to manage this suggestion on customer experience improvements.
Once again it is not a complaint but a response to the email received from Ford's requesting feedback.

Delivery confusion

Confusion over actual delivery date and delivered later than expected.
Difficult to contact sales advisor as no phone numbers on website.
It is always good for the customer to speak with an operative tather than electronic texts

Long Waiting Time

Operative was excellent but the wait was excessive and the first time I got through after 30 minutes was cut off almost immediately

3 years later and still nothing ! So s into 2021 and…

So here we are 2 months into 2021 and guess what _ still no contact or sign of any monies being offered or recovered against my dear friends outlay of £14.5k to this company now over 3 years ago. There has not even been any correspondence or communication from them regarding recovery as they promised to my friends.
As I have previously stated use this company at your peril and certainly do not trust anything they say.
You have been warned!
I look forward to seeing a response to this new post but as previously I suspect nothing will appear!

BEWARE Do Not Trust this company

So we are now into December 2020 and still no response or returned monies from £14.5 taken with a promise of recovering expenditure on timeshare or returning the £14.5I if not successful.
Well guess what neither has happened.
As I said previously do not trust or engage this company as they do not care about you or the result they just want your money.
Both my friends are in their 70s and have basically been allegedly scammed by this company. BEWARE

Do not use you will lose your money

This company basically lies to get your money and make every excuse as to why they cannot get your money returned!!
My friends parted with £14.5k after being promised a return of £79k and guess what _ more than 3 years later nothing!
They continue to claim they do not have all of the forms despite them advising they could proceed without them.
If they needed all the forms why did they not ensure they had them before charging £14.5k to them who are both over 70 years old and spent their well earned money on what they thought were reputable people.
Communication is all one sided and they never contact you.
I would like to see them respond to this and try to defend their position but ultimately I would just like to see them get their money back which was taken from them years ago.
Do NOT use this company.

Good service but quotation was unclear and repetitive questions which had previously been confirmed were asked again which caused delays and time consuming
