The delay between receiving the video from the mechanic advising that my car had passed it's MOT until the Adviser confirmed it was available seemed excessive as about 40 minutes. I think a better focus on the customer experience would benefit the expectations of all customers.
This reply from 'Head Office' is exactly the problem regarding customer service. I am NOT making a complaint at the service from Lookers Chelmford just purely making an observation at just how you could improve customer service. I would suggest Head Office should forward this information to their service department at Ford Lookers Chelmford rather than expect myself to manage this suggestion on customer experience improvements.
Once again it is not a complaint but a response to the email received from Ford's requesting feedback.
