Good simple process. Slightly disappointed that the guide value was not met. Collection of the car was all on time and immediate payment received in line with Motorway advice list.

Really good experience with this dealership and the sales person that kept us fully up to date through the ordering and delivery process.

I usually give 5 star reviews for Toolstation but on this occasion I was somewhat annoyed when I went to collect the item and the guy behind the counter had earphones in and did not even hear me arrive.

Needed a new freezer and one that was suitable for use in an unheated and sometimes cold garage. Seems to be ideal but not had cooler temperatures to check it out fully. Seems well made.

Arrived when they said they would. Even provided a van tracker. Got on with the job and loaded up and went.

Received the mini chainsaw with re-chargeable batteries on time but without the battery charger so absolutely no use whatsoever. Been emailing them and sending messages via their website but absolutely no response. They don't even have a phone number you can call them on to complain.
They claim 24/7 technical support which looks good but isn't at all.

The lady that I saw at the click and collect desk was trying to do several things at once and was too distracted. Asked me the same question several times.
