The multiple delivery charges

Everything is great apart from the extra delivery charges per item.
You think its a great deal until each item has a different delivery charge making it no longer a great deal.

Wont order online again

The delivery time frame is false promising. And I had missing items which then isint a straight forward process for online orders when requesting.
I asked for a refund and heard nothing back with confirmation that it has been done.

Not the best experience for me

The company should of updated their website on their printing issues.
Or at least when I purchased let me know straight away giving me a option to cancel my order and go elsewhere or just a heads up giving me a choice.
My item arrived far too late and ruined a really nice surprise for a friend who was going through a really hard day. So my overall reasoning for buying this was just ruined. Unfortunately with the service I wouldnt use again which is a shame as the book itself is beautiful

My partner is happy with his too.
So I purchased some also for my brothers birthday.

Not my order!

Recieved someone elses delivery and not heard anything back from customer services or an acknowledgement.
And now my rings are out of stock so doesnt look like ill be getting them so I am not happy.

Will never get my custom

Me personally would never buy from here again.

Terrible customer service, lack of communication.
Wouldn't cancel my order, then didn't advise on when it would be delivered. Mybabiie advised they had not recieved any email or number for myself to get intouch with.
Quick to take your money however aftercare is none existent and still awaiting a email about my refund inwhich was collected 5 days ago and I have heard nothing from them although I have emailed them.

Luckily enough Mybabiie have been great and collected for free due to Precious little ones inconvenience caused. I am just waiting on my full refund now.

Hi Amy,
I'm sorry you feel we did not help in your circumstances. The order had already been despatched when you sent the email to ask for cancellation. Unfortunately once an order has left the warehouse it has to be refused for delivery, which is what was advised or we would arrange to collect. On returning the item, we had to wait for conformation from the supplier that the item had indeed been received back and then the refund was issued. This took in total from despatch 7 days for a return to be issued. I am sorry if you feel this took longer than expected but as we liaising between different companies these things can take a few days.

MY FAVES AT THE MOMENT

Only known of Abbott Lyon since July and I have ordered myself 7 times a day had my partner order 4 times.
The jewellery is so stunning.
I absolutely love it.
The service is 100%
Especially the customer service they can not do enough for you. OUTSTANDING!!!!

Very prompt in responding to emails also. Even on a Sunday!

This business doesn't get enough credit.

Recieved my online order.
X1 CROPPED DENIM JACKET WITH RIPS
White 0/8367/604/250/36
FLAT VINYL SANDALS WITH STUDS

The jacket had a black mark on. However I am pretty sure it might wipe off.
However my concern was the state my sandals came in.
HAIRS everywhere. Black, red, grey, blonde you name it they were all wrapped in the studs.
Just wish you could attached videos and photos because it is absolutely disgusting how I recieved these let alone how unhygienic it is!
Then to top it off the price tag didn't match what I paid online. So not only have they robbed me of my money but sent me items that were not in a saleable condition.
Absolutely disgusting zara!
Definitely won't order online again and even considering never buying from here again!!!!

Firstly you notice how clinical and professional it is from the outside.
Then going in it definitely reflects.
You feel instantly at ease.
All staff are warm and welcoming and very professional.

I have never felt more relaxed in my life.
Lauren was amazing. Soft spoken, professional and very genuine. She did this treatment with confidence and my skin felt incredible with minimal markings.
I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Left the parcel on my doorstep!

The box was badly damaged and there is a scratch on one of the shoes. Itwas left on my door step which someone could of easily taken it. Luckily enough I have CCTV so I rang my neighbour to take it from my doorstep until I got home.
