This is an absolute scam!!! Sh*** show. Lost money and never receive what I purchased.

If I could give this -100 I would. I ordered from this sh.t show in March, contacted them a couple times & haven't recieved a response. It's September now. You think I forgot about it. No. It's a scam & don't waste your money on this down life company if they can't give us a simple reason why they're not being honest.

Unhappy way this site as they have mistaken my detail properly removed money from my account on 25 april and have not contact me on if i will recieve my iteams or a refund. I find this stocking service.

These reviews were super helpful, I order something may 6 and I was still waiting for it. They are a scam. They won't return your emails and when you try to go their online page it's no longer, they don't even have a real number to call. They also sent me a fake tracking number and everything. Don't waste your time and do your research.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Total scam and they renamed their business to Kiivoa, you will not get your order and you will not get a response from them either..

Ordered a gym set which was a very good price compared to other website. I ordered this back in March and emailed them in May when i still had not received it. No response. I have emailed them over 3 times and still no reply. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE !!!

Absolute scam. Like the rest of the reviews here, I too have been scammed by a deal to which i bought a workout legging and top set back in APRIL, which already seemed too good to be true but I thought to give it a go, received an order number and everything. But learned my lesson! Always take a look at the website quality and level of grammar especially those of shopify. Anyways, I bet the quality of the clothing would’ve been crap. Sometimes it’s best to invest in quality clothes from well-regarded brands or dupes that can last longer over something that’s alarmingly cheap online from some random ad you see on Instagram... don’t do it, don’t fall for it! Don’t be naive and do your research! Also, as a payback pick their most expensive item on the site, add as many of that to the cart and then abandon the cart!! A huge scam! A fake company that takes your money, sends a fake tracking number and then their email bounces back when you try to contact them. So terrible!

Don’t order! No response to emails or products. Some emails bounce back. It looks like Chase will refund needs but please just don’t bother.

And for changing your email and name to Kiivoa thinking nobody would have ever been able to track you down? You don’t deserve to live if you are going to earn a living off ripping people off. Better getting your moneys worth of things on Ali Express and you would still receive better customer service and faster shipping.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This website is sister to VALIIA and these people are scammers!!! Please ladies do not buy from them! Save your money and instead buy from AliExpress or alibaba. I placed an order back in April and still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent tons of emails and I’ve had no luck. I have to contact my bank now and let them know I was scammed. They will make an excuse saying it’s because of the pandemic but it’s complete BS because I have order from other aliexpress (over seas) and I have received my items fast. So PLEASE take your hard earned money elsewhere!!
