Emailed them non stop to sort a faulty…

Emailed them non stop to sort a faulty power bank. No response. I have called them 4 times to chase this, being told overtime somebody will resolve the issue but don't. Unbelievably incompetent people

Further to the response from iniu, they have not responded to email they requested 😂. What a way for a resolution! Buy Anker going forward people, miles ahead in quality and service

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. The car needed a door adjustment before collection date and nobody noticed it wasn't done. The car got the GardX pack and I was told the car would get a full polish. The car was collected with insane amount of swirl marks.. yet being told the works were done. They also were unaware of a mot advisory. Communication was appalling, I constantly needed to chase to get responses to any query. So disappointed after spending my hard earned money, and no appetite to resolve my concerns.

Item bought didn't come with all the accessories it should. Wasn't listed on the ad.that it was incomplete

Poor quality…

The item was super blurry when it arrived. The image was a HD picture but really poor outcome when it's printed on canvas.
Waste of money in my opinion

THE WORST PLACE TO BOOK

The worst people I have ever dealt with.. the level of incompetence from all the employees was beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life.
Long story short DO NOT book with these people, they changed my hotel several times, without any prior contact with me or the party I was traveling with. We turned up in Mecca only to have no rooms booked in, a few hours of faffing getting them to sort it when we all arrived then believe it or not the same thing in Medina. Speaking to these people and not being able to get a simple answer was the most frustrating part as they kept asking for more money for the hotels they didn't book. We booked this trip in November last year fyi.. the imbecilic behaviour from all of the people we spoke to only ruined the experience.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Broadband drops far to frequently... Got a reply to say they could help. Wait time so far has been over an hour. Well done virgin! Great service on top of your poor service!
