Exceptional customer service
I recently switched to Plus Heat after dealing with poor customer service from another company. I signed up for a service plan via direct debit and arranged a boiler service, which my previous provider had declined twice despite it being due. Plus Heat quickly reassured me by booking a service within two weeks and sending an engineer to carry it out.
I also received a follow-up call from Abdul in customer services to check how everything went, which really showed that Plus Heat values its customers. Definitely worth the price—I’d highly recommend them.
