Whilst we havent used the awning we bought yet, dealing with A&E Leisure has been very easy, fantastically quick service and communication.

Divina is a beautiful ship, entertainment is excellent, food is nice especially the pizza and the itinerary was perfect however cleanliness of the cabin was an issue as was the buffet area, some guest were so rude and would happily jump a que to grab food over your shoulder. The only other issue we had was that the bars don't always stock the full drinks menu, one of our party drinks cider which he often had to go to another bar away from where we were seated to get a drink.

Very easy to deal with but delivery took a little longer than expected but overall very happy and would use again
