I went to Lookers Sudbury to have a look at a car. Was greeted by Tom and now I have a new car!
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
Tom’s knowledge of the car was fantastic and his explanation wasn’t techy but clear and concise. All my questions were answered and I had all the information needed to make my decision.
Whilst I knew it was the car I was really interested in and had been looking at for a while, I bought from the person.
All transactions were easy and quick to access and complete.

The staff in the Colchester store are honest, knowledgeable and so helpful. I ordered a phone online but had an issue with the sound. I took it into the store and explained the problem. They immediately offered to check it and then exchanged it when it appeared to be faulty. Everything was done quickly. I will always use this store. Excellent service.

Everything about Bulb is clear, honest and straightforward. After finding myself suddenly responsible for all the bills this was the one that I was worried about. However, reading and submitting meter readings were easy, even got told when the reading appeared very high compared to the previous month. This made me check and get it right. Options to recommend a friend a make a bit of cash. Again very easy. The statements are written in plain English and very transparent.
Overall absolutely delighted with the service.

I decided to leave the trappings of a contract when the cost went through the roof and I didn’t feel I was getting anything special for my money.
So I did the swap.
I felt confident knowing I would still be running off the O2 signal.
Such great value and the fact I get advice to reduce my package in occasions if I’m not using all I’m paying for makes me realise how unethical some of the big firms are.

I originally bought an IPhone 6s Plus from Ipswich. After setting it up I felt the volume was really low. I went back to the Colchester store and raised my concerns. They could not have been more helpful. They booked it in for testing and then informed me there was a problem and offered me a voucher replacement. No questions. They offered to help me find a new phone but I was happy to do this myself.
I have purchased many items from CEX and will always go the Colchester store.
