Dire customer service - item not received and impossible to obtain refund
Update following previous review
Item handed to EVRI by AliExpress but EVRI ( as seems often the case ) have lost it and I was instructed to contact supplier ( AliExpress )directly to process a refund
After explaining the situation AliExpress sent me an email “order dispute ended! “ when in fact the situation had not been resolved
In same email they requested I reply to their survey - attempted but everything written in ? Russian!!
They go to incredible lengths to prevent the injustice suffered by the customer from reaching a just outcome
Theirs is the most appalling customer service I have ever come across
