Dire customer service - item not received and impossible to obtain refund

Update following previous review
Item handed to EVRI by AliExpress but EVRI ( as seems often the case ) have lost it and I was instructed to contact supplier ( AliExpress )directly to process a refund
After explaining the situation AliExpress sent me an email “order dispute ended! “ when in fact the situation had not been resolved
In same email they requested I reply to their survey - attempted but everything written in ? Russian!!
They go to incredible lengths to prevent the injustice suffered by the customer from reaching a just outcome
Theirs is the most appalling customer service I have ever come across

No delivery and no refund

Attractive prices - but sadly of no significance if the item ordered is not received and their system makes it impossible to obtain a refund
Apparently item received by carrier EVRI who failed to deliver and on enquiry to EVRI they stated that it was lost in their system ( What’s new - has happened repeatedly)
BUT because item received by EVRI AliExpress treat it as in transit and do not provide an option for the item to be lost in transit and merit a refund

Repeatedly failed to deliver within a reasonable time scale and all too often the item is lost within their (dis)organisation
Probably be more efficient if they used pigeons

Concerning Thompson & Morgan Dwarf Bean DIOR

The good and the dire
Purchased 4 packs of Dior and virtually not existent seedling emergence from all 4
(1) first group planted in fine tilled soil in line adjacent to French bean Purple Teepee - latter 90% seedling emergence- Dior 0%
Exhumed seeds - intact without germination
(2) sets 2,3,4 samples sown in pots with friable mix sterilised/ non sterilised soil/ leaf mould/ horticultural sand - some at ambient temp - others in propagator at recommended temp - overall 8% seedling emergence but of those half did not proceed to healthy plants - overall DIRE result
All 4 seed packs had different numbers so not an issue with one pack
Contacted TM who refunded the cost ( the good ) but not convinced they investigated further( the less good )

Don’t purchase via their annual invitation to renew

Offer of annual renewal via their email renewal invitation much more expensive than on line quote for exactly the same product from Avanti as readily available discount not included

Avanti send a standardised reply to my review which completely ignored the issue raised above so no change in my previous comments

Our renewal quotes are based on the information provided. Whilst we do try to keep the price of your renewal as close to the previous year as possible, sometimes this is not always possible due to a number of factors. These include for example general price increases, the age of a traveller, their medical conditions (some conditions cost more to cover than others and how you've answered the questions), the medical treatment costs in the country of travel (medical costs in different countries vary, and change day-by-day), the type of policy.

Avanti is priced competitively within the travel insurance marketplace and we continuously review our products and pricing to ensure that the company remains competitive at all times. We take all feedback regarding our products and services very seriously and thank you for raising your concerns.

Poorly/unsecured closure on dispatched…

Poorly/unsecured closure on dispatched order’s packaging resulted in empty packets arriving 2 times out of 3
Replacements sent on both occasion’s when TM contacted but should not have to do this if care taken in the first instance
Unless on special offer with free PP their seed packets are more expensive than alternatives

An invaluable forum

In an environment dominated by the technology used by many companies which renders direct communication and accountability with them very difficult Trust Pilot offers a channel by which these difficulties can be to some extent circumvented for other potential customers by advising them of potential problems and enabling more rational choices to be made by them

Totally inappropriately transferred to Airport Parking Luton - Park and Ride -by Airparks without our consent
Had paid for car key to be retained and parked for us (as Airparks advertised)
Complete absence of any staff in uniform/ id tag
Given vague advice on where to park which turned out to be completely inappropriate as no spaces available at this location
Cars were parked out of the usual allocated spaces - instead on the grass verges of the access/ departure roads narrowing the space along these roads
Shuttle drivers did their best to cope with the confusion and it’s clearly the car park owners at fault
Complaint made to Airparks about unauthorised transfer to Airport Parking Luton and full refund of parking fee made to Airparks for failure to provide the service paid for
