Customer Service? More Like Customer Ignore!

Terrible customer experience. Their return policy reads more like a warning than guidance, no confirmation when returns arrive and don’t dare email them during processing or it will just put you back at the end of the queue!!! My item reached them Friday 27th Feb, and I’ve heard nothing. Long processing times, dismissive tone in returns policy, and a total lack of care for customers who may want to check why its taking a week to get acknowledgment email. Definitely not the kind of brand I’ll buy from again which is a shame as the item itself is good quality, but unfortunately didn’t fit.

Order number for verification, #53712. I guess now I'm even further in the queue lol.

Good customer service

The clothes themselves are a bit hit and miss, mainly because the sizing isn’t very standardised, but that’s typical for many high-street retailers.

What really stood out to me was their customer service. I returned a full parcel containing six items, but unfortunately the return got stuck at an InPost depot and didn’t move for five days. After five days with no update, I contacted H&M customer service. They issued a full refund straight away without questioning it, even though the parcel was still stuck in transit.

On top of that, they also provided a discount for my next purchase. For me, 5 stars.

Very happy with AllSaints

Very happy with AllSaints! I bought an oversized hoodie on sale using a gift card and debit card. The first hoodie was too big, and although exchanges aren’t allowed, they guided me to return it and reorder a smaller size. They transferred the discount and gift card balance to my new order. Smooth process and great outcome!

Great customer service and product

My first order unfortunately arrived with items missing. The parcel had clearly been opened and re-sealed with brown tape (delivered by Evri). I contacted Fussy and their customer service was professional and quick to respond, they immediately arranged a replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement (again sent via Evri) was also missing items. I contacted Fussy again and, once more, they handled it promptly and arranged another replacement, this time via Royal Mail.

I’m really happy with the product itself and very impressed with Fussy’s customer service. They were responsive, helpful and sorted the issue each time without hassle.

Just one small tip for Fussy: please reconsider using Evri 🙂

Overall, great brand and great service — just let down by the courier.
