My family and I stayed at the Belfry Warwickshire and had a wonderful 3 nights! The buffet food was outstanding. The staff was so attentive and professional. I’m not a golfer but didn’t matter as just a relaxing stay. Plenty for my 9 year old granddaughter to do. Highly recommend!

Mia who helped me today was very very charming and professional with helping to change my contract which is up for renewal and gave me full explanation of the new charges etc. Have been with Hyperoptics’s for many years now and always find their service and staff excellent. Hope to never have to change.

About your return request, how about you keep all items without return/ exchange and we offer you a gift card for full price for the item you would like to return?Would you accept it?
(It will be a form of a discount code which can be used to offset the amount of the product/s in your next order, excluding the shipping fee. And please note that it can only be used in one order)
If a gift card is unacceptable,would it be a considered solution that we refund you £7 to your original payment account that you used to pay as compensation and you keep all items without return?
