Very bad company!!!! Won’t give refunds! This is email I got from them!

Please note that we only have one warehouse in the Secaucus NJ 07094 for returns.
About your return request, how about you keep all items without return/ exchange and we offer you a gift card for full price for the item you would like to return?Would you accept it?
(It will be a form of a discount code which can be used to offset the amount of the product/s in your next order, excluding the shipping fee. And please note that it can only be used in one order)
If a gift card is unacceptable,would it be a considered solution that we refund you £7 to your original payment account that you used to pay as compensation and you keep all items without return?
