I have been trying to get an engineer…

I have been trying to get an engineer to do an annual service on my boiler & issue a gas safety certificate since 16/03/2026 and you have no engineer available !!! The earliest date you are offering me is 08/04/2026 and this is not acceptable to me,besides your call handlers keep talking over me( except James and Sam !)
I now need to escalate this to a more senior manager who can help me .I also need to arrange access to the property with my tenants so need an earlier date so the tenants can be informed
