I spent nearly £200 and presented the…

I spent nearly £200 and presented the gift vouchers of which 2 had expired and the member of staff said she couldn’t do anything but I should write to head office, very unsympathetic. The guy helping us with the bag and clothes before was very helpful bit for some reason she took control of the till!

Injury Claim

Following an accident on someone's premises where i sustained a broken little finger I made a small claim supported by Amanda Rodger at Minster Law. She was excellent throughout and gave me good guidance and advice. Thank you Amanda

Great service and good product although…

Great service and good product although a shame that one of the tags broke within two rounds. On the plus side there are two spare tags.

Disappointed that one of my giftcards…

Disappointed that one of my giftcards for £10 had expired - and I had received no notification especially as I am a member. The staff in the shop were great and apologised that they couldn’t help and I would have to contact HO.

Good Morning Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. On the reverse side of the gift card you will note that the terms and conditions of the gift card state that “in the event that a gift card is inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months, the card will automatically expire, and the remaining balance will be deducted”.
As a business, we are legally obliged to declare non-redeemed gift card values in the corresponding accounting period following gift card expiry. These values are written down within our statutory accounts. americangolf are not liable for any un-redeemed amounts written off following expiry of a gift card.
Unfortunately given that the gift card has remained inactive for a consecutive period of more than 12 months. americangolf are unable to reissue or reactive the expired gift card.
