Mix up but can't be bothered sorting it out

I have used this for years for the rewards but for some reason they have got my email mixed up.i get my insurance for my car my wife's car my daughter's car my contents and buildings and also friends insurance but no more.i have contacted them showing my email on the confused .com app and given them the policy number ect.They are very arrogant in their replies it's not brand surgery to work out change my email to the correct one.emailed them last week again but they can't even bother replying now,am sure they must be regulated by an ombudsman which I will am thinking of going to

Fell apart…

Unfortunately bought 3 pairs only used one pair a few times but fell apart and binned,not cheap so shouldn't happen.contacted them but had already disposed of them.

Poor firm

Ordered chair from this company screw's were just turning BUT they asked me to send photos of this?how do you do that.Any way gone to EBAY so I have there guarantee .This firm must be Chinese as I received emails at 1 am so usual thing from them.

Disgusting Hastings

My grandson a an accident in July,he was breath tested and negative, Hastings wanted him to get a report saying this which he tried to get but was told Hastings had to apply for it.i later found out by the police 101service that they do this because they have to pay for it if they have to apply.its taken longer because of this and my grandson needs a car for work..... TOTALLY DISGUSTING to save a few pounds. am authorised by him to deal with his claim.

Has put me in debt at 70

Bought a cordless vacuum with a £90 cash back and registered it and received notification,it said it could take 45 days so waited 40 and contacted them.Was informed a email had been sent that had to be replied to within 14 days,no such email was received,been on to them for 6 days now,am 70 years old and depended on the £90 cash to help pay for it. customer service is terrible and you after repeat your self over and over,will never get my cashback so will be in debt because of it, should never of bought.

Wouldn't use again

Went on there site and put reg in ,came up with spark plugs to fit my car.When they arrived didn't fit, email after email was sent and after threatening to open a PayPal case was refunded.would not use again.

Bought a canon printer off Argos poor service…

Bought a canon printer off Argos 2/10/23 on line,they never sent a proper invoice with it and with out it you can't get your 3 year warranty.Called them and it's a nightmare going through everything,than am told by a person not in this country someone will call me in the next 24/48 hours.WHAT A POOR SERVICE,I new I should not of bought off them and got it from Amazon.All I wanted was my invoice.GET A UK BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE,YOU TAKE OUR MONEY IN THE UK.

Poor customer service

Have tried to contact saga about my savings account but was still waiting 25 minutes later after 7pm, if I was abroad how much would this cost,give up and emailed.THEY REPLY please wait longer as we are busy,I had asked for them to call me,i am so busy and you have my money making money for you.

SGS ENGINEERING RIP OFF SPARE PARTS

Bought a petrol streamer from SGS ENGINEERING item is quite good but only used it 3 time and the rubber fuel pipes have rotted.They are 2 little bits of clear rubber pipe can't cost more than a couple of pence.i called and was quoted £13 49.....That's totally unbelievable,make sure when you buy Something your not going to get ripped off if you need a replacement part.would put photo on but can't do on here,have seen reply now,it's the price for spares that are concerning,I paid £5.60 for the same part off Amazon FOR 5 OF THEM.you pay for the item then robbed when needing a spare part.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced. I can see the strimmer was purchased 3 years ago and unfortunately, is no longer covered under the warranty.

The fuel lines are consumable parts and will need replacing over time. It is important you drain the fuel from the engine when you have finished using the strimmer to prolong the life of the fuel line and the engine.

ROLLED UP SUITS,POOR QUALITY

Ordered 2 suits off boohoo.com UK.i have never received a suit rolled up in plastic bags , including the jackets.Very poor quality suits as well,cost me £6 postage for this.boohoo replied and took the return pp off but not the 3.99 postage.
