I had purchased the car only two weeks ago from a VW dealer at Basingstoke. I was not happy with way I was treated by them with regards to the car. Aa few days after bought it I found the air vent on the passenger side was broken and the washer bottle was leaking. I informed the dealer but got no responce from my e mails. I therefore decided to take the car to VW Lookers at Guildford .I had a VW before and I knew I could trust them.I had a few problems which they sorted out for me. They took the stress out of my worry about the repairs. I had completly different experience to the dealings I had at the other dealers. I would like to commend the service person at Lookers of Guildford VW Jordon Brown he was helpful ,understanding and restored my faith in VW dealers. He took charge of my repair and it was done within 2 days. He is an asset to the dealership and I commend him.

Quick promp service as usual. At a god price.

Sometimes difficult to get servicing department to answer the phone at times. Had a camera fitted at a reasonable cost. Which is working well .

My son is mad about stars wars. I saw the coin advertised and brought it for his birthday. He was very pleased. Even though he is 45 years old

There were errors in the quantity of carpet required in the quotation given to us.We went to the store and spoke to the salesperson who sorted out the problem to our satisfaction . We placed our order and are awaiting the fitment date.

Parcel delivery updated on my email before delivery. Parcel delivered on time .

Gas Cooker ordered no problems. It was delivered on the due delivery date and installed without incident. I have no complaints.
