Since the sizing changed it’s been terrible. I have to put my size as 16/18 although I’m an 18. It’s bad enough coming across one after another size 16 but there are also 10s and 14s wrongly placed. It’s a nightmare. I’ve gone back to buying from eBay. EBay doesn’t seem to have a problem with the sizing.

Not impressed I sent 2 cards and paid extra for one to arrive early. It seems the one I paid extra for will arrive after the normal priced one. Tried to contact someone but got nowhere.

Bought the riding robe for my grandaughter and it really is good quality. It will keep her warm and cosy through the winter when she is out riding in the forest. It was delivered super quickly and is now wrapped for her birthday.

You have now put lockers at my local Tesco express about 300metres away. When I go on vinted I choose this locker but after I’ve bought the item you inform me I have to travel to one 3 miles away which is £4 return trip on the bus and over an hour of my time. You site states that if no locker is available you’ll send the parcel to the next locker within a kilometre. I can’t afford to do this anymore and feel deceived by you. If I can’t buy off vinted using Evri I wouldn’t buy.

You have finally got an inpost locker I can walk to instead of a 7 mile round trip to a locker where the scanner never works. As the local one is new and the scanner works it took 10 seconds to get my parcel 😊👍👍👍👍👍

I ordered 2 plug plants but they were in soft packaging with no marking to say they were live plants. The postie squashed the package through the letter box resulting in damaged plants that were flattened and broken stem on one. I did take photos and contact budget seeds but have heard nothing from you. Also only 4 out of 10 beans have germinated. Updated 24th April. One plug plant died and the other is hanging on by a thread but has not grown any bigger than when it arrived.Complete waste of money.

I don’t choose in post it’s sometimes the only method of postage on vinted. The nearest in post locker is a 6 mile round trip and I don’t drive. It’s very efficient but when I see that the only postage method is in post from now on I’ll cancel the order. Veri pick-up is 100 metres away. ☹️☹️ you need more pick up points.

I bought the Janome artistic digitiser and on speaking to the customer services I was told that there was a dongle and a disc in the box. When it arrived there was only a disc. Luckily I had an external drive. There is a space for a dongle in the box but there was only a card with the registration number on it. I have been on the janome site and there is no mention of a dongle.

It would not accept the code I’d been sent but I managed to scan . The machine is temperamental and I always have difficulty

It took quite a few attempts to get the screen to recognise the number I was given and luckily a women helped as she uses it all the time and said is always saying number not recognised. Hope I done have to use it again.

I bought 2 microfibre beach robes at 1/2 price. Arrived quickly and good quality. We love them.

So far good communication and everything turned up on time

The sign up was easy and smooth but my goodness. My husband spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel and was passed from on person to another. None of them were helpful and none of them could offer a better deal than the one they had emailed that could be beaten by other providers. He eventually got through to someone and then they emailed him with a better offer. No chance not after that fiasco. Are all your staff in South Africa as they had South African accents? None of them seemed to understand anything my husband was saying.

I bought grasses and had to contact Parker’s as there was no contact from them for over 4 weeks. When the plants arrived they were not in good shape and need a lot of TLC. One was definitely dead and I did try to revive it but really there was no chance. I wrote to Parker’s and they sent back advice saying if I wasn’t happy I was to return the full order at my expense. Really not helpful as the plants needed to be planted and I’d already waited longer than the shipping policy stated. Not even a sorry just a cut an paste from a leaflet.

Bought 2 luxury folding camping chairs on special offer for 2. I paid a lot to ensure quality when we opened one the seams had not been sewn correctly so it could not be sat in. I have had to return both at my expense and deliver them to a collection point or I was told I can only exchange at the shop which is a 26 mile round trip. I am having to return both chairs because of the offer. First experience of go outdoors is not a good one. The customer services bloke was really helpful.

I ordered 2 pair Of boots on the 24th of April and one pair arrived shortly after. I had an email saying the others were out of stock and would not arrive until after the 25th of May. I am still waiting, I have phoned and been cut off , I have messaged with no answer and they took my money but have not supplied the goods. I have checked the hotter boots on Amazon and they have the ones I ordered in my size. This was my first order and I’m very disappointed 😔 I don’t know what else to do as there doesn’t seem any way to contact them.
