Just SHOCKING HOW POOR THERE customer SERVICE IS!
I brought a premium collectors box that was all ready over priced ! But I expected it to come perfect condition since it’s a collectors edition.
Clearly we would want a mint box but nope it came all 4 corners SMASHED ! Paint chips every where it looked like it had been thrown around the warehouse literally! & all I asked them was to refund me just a small percentage & I sent clear photos to prove this ! As I don’t like wasting postage costs sending back unless I really have to as it also helps saves C02 emissions as I actually do care about our planet unlike these companies FAKE values as they say they care about the planet but NO they would rather waste £8 on postage costs £4 sending it out & £4 sending it back instead of offering say £5 as a partial refund for me it was principals why should I pay full OVER price for a item that’s smashed that I didn’t actually want to open ? (But has they offered a small refund I would of just gave it to my child to open for her birthday instead of keeping it to collect) hence why I only asked for a VERY VERY fair / reasonable refund but like I said these company's have no real values other than to SCALP & make maximum profits they don’t care about customers or the planet and please don’t be fooled or ripped of like I did you have been warned!

I brought some pokemon ETB boxes & every single box was DAMAGED & massively over priced they charged me nearly double what Argos was selling them at ! I just didn’t know as I’m only buying them for my 5 year old child like people should be unlike these scalpers just wrecking the whole thing

WOW THATS NEARL 4x the price of the pokemon website that yesterday only put these for sale clearly these big companies just buy them all and resell them at major rip of up marked prices this is disgusting ! It’s not very clean for paying £90 a month some members seem to pay less or more it’s just a random price game at this gym & the hygiene levels are disturbing men are just not showering before the pool area ! & people be shaving in the changing rooms ! This is not your house I don’t want see your nasty hairs blocking the sinks people put signs up saying not to do this or your membership will be revoked as this is not acceptable

I placed a order Thursday day got a email at 12.30 that evening saying it’s just been dispatched . This was my major warning sign as who dispatches items at that time ! And then second warning was the company said it was sent but the tracking showed differently & lastly it says delivered today yet I have had nothing this is poor service I will now have to get my bank to help get my full refund as I doubt the company will help as I have lost faith now TO ADD TO THIS I DID NOT AND NEVER WILL GIVE A SAFE PLACE AS THERE IS NOT ONE . This company have lied & I would ADVOID them

Top product had a crack in one of my filters but they replaced it straight away so couldn’t ask for better service & the filters them self really do make the water taste amazing ! The only problem you will have is You won’t be able to drink tap water once you get used to this lovely water

Disgusting they sent me out items that had been previous WORN not only that the items was underwear which CLEAELY HAD THE LABLES removed & there was STAINS in the underwear this is DISTURBING to say the least please ADVOID this company at all costs they cheap for a reason there vile made me nearly sick to think I could of worn pants of some random person disgusting ! Sort your company stock out ! & when I emailed them to complain they just totally ignored me l!! It’s 100% clear the good reviews are clearly PAID reviews or just people who are claiming refunds for so called missing items lol think about it AVOID this company unless you want a STD lol you could catch anything from used underwear this company needs shutting down !

Top service I could not fault them , customer service team is top notch & they respond & will help you with anything you need straight away. Products came without a fuss & in nice discrete packaging thanks I was happy to give them a review as they don’t have many and when I was checking the website I wasn’t sure if I could trust it well you can 110% ! The items came within 2 days of payment being made & was good quality thank you again.

This company act in such a way they should be shut down ! The aim market is full of corruption I mean FULL there must 98% corruption & 2% honest companies if that & IG act in a way to support this as they work with ADVFN the two then work with LSE who owns the aim market pretty much they will then between the 3 of them work out what stocks your buying & selling then simply go against you HOUSE always wins remember your not investing your GAMBLING & your much better of with red & black odds believe me if you want to loose your life saving / be thrown into HUGE debts & loose your family this is the app & life for you if you love what you have & want to stay sane without being robbed daily by crooks then ADVOID any type of trading let alone these ! The worse air line I have EVER had the terrible experience of flying with.

They dress up fancy it’s like a wolf in sheep's clothes they steal your money & couldn’t care less about any issues

They left us on the aircraft for 4 hours without even bothering to explain what was wrong they then told everyone rather rudely to get off the plane & we then had to wait a further 2 hours in the airport to then rebound the SAME aircraft 2 hours later so in total they delayed us by 8 hours that’s right 8 hours delay just due to THERE own fault & silly OVERSIZED vile jumbo jet plane that clearly has massive issues all the time as my friend said they had a similar issues with the same double decker plane !

They offered us ZERO compensation it was not until I made a HUGE fuss about it they then offered only the people who ASKED a £10 voucher like what sort of joke is that ? 8 hours delay to get a £10 voucher

Makes me sick & if you think Dubai is nice try going to the middle of a desert that’s dressed up as a holiday place it’s a vile sweaty horrible place it stinks , far to hot ! & your only ok in air conditioned places.

So let’s put all this together in a time when the climate is changing & man made pollution is a massive problem do you think NOT EVEN HALF full double decker planes taking off to fly 9 hours to a mega hot country that then uses air conditioning in every place / house / shop / hotel you go is a good idea ? Are these people just selfish money hungry people ? Who don’t care about our environment & they 100% don’t care about us as there customers makes me sick please avoid at all costs I had to take the time to write this & I beg others to see the truth thank you for reading this I hope it’s saved you from the hell hole I was in
