This company is excellent.. They are straight on the ball sorting out what you have asked them for, and keep at it till its exactly how you wanted it to look.. No matter how many changes you ask for. They are very very quick to get back and reply to you.
I'm very pleased with my item, many many thanks. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍. Will use again when i need to.

If I had known what I know now I would of never of used this company..I have been paying insurance on my TV for the last 4 yrs and now I needed their help.
I was told my claim has been sent over and I am to phone them.. which I did, to be told I have to wait in the que and they will phone me back within 1 day. 5 days later nothing... So again I phone them... Yes another 50 minn wait in the que was number 8.
Was told they have decided they will come and collect the TV and fix it, but they can't come get it to another weeks time and will take about a month to get it fixed.
I ALSO NOW CAN SEE THIS IS HOW THEY WORK AND DO THIS TO EVERYONE.!!!!.
TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

They 4get we have paid monthly 2 ask for this help... And they owe us.
I have other insurances and I'm now about to cancel them all.

Recieved a courtesy car for a disabled chap while his is awaiting a part to fix his mobility car today. Car arrived at 8 am and we were told around 9 am ish, which was great.
Everything was explained thoroughly to me.
The driver was a very nice guy, and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and knowledgable to deal with. Many thanks to Ian Munro from the Coventry area. 👍👍👍.

Guys who work with this site.. What on earth is going wrong.
I have been a top member on here for buying and selling items for years, but recently it's like it's all falling apart.
It takes Days to get your adverts looked at and to be live, I'm trying to advertise my pups for sale, the first time it took days, and I recently updated the pictures and right now it's been a WEEK and my advert is still not live,!!!
I have emailed you guys twice and zero reply both times.
What is going on this has always been the best site around but lately it's RUBBISH. 😡😡🤷

Reading lots and lots of other people's reviews I'm thinking OMG WHAT ON EARTH..!!
MY review is this.. Yes it took 3 weeks to arrive and yes its from abroad..Which they prob didn't explain.
I ordered 3 of these harnesses with different names and words written on them and yes they are to stick on with velcro which should of been stitched on..But they are exactly what i asked for.
The harnesses look great to me and feel very strong.. Yes the velcro around the neck is too long but i just trimmed mine to the right size needed and to stop it freying i carefully melted the tip where i had cut it.
I'm quite impressed with mine and I'm glad i ordered them.
