WHAT ON EARTH....
Guys who work with this site.. What on earth is going wrong.
I have been a top member on here for buying and selling items for years, but recently it's like it's all falling apart.
It takes Days to get your adverts looked at and to be live, I'm trying to advertise my pups for sale, the first time it took days, and I recently updated the pictures and right now it's been a WEEK and my advert is still not live,!!!
I have emailed you guys twice and zero reply both times.
What is going on this has always been the best site around but lately it's RUBBISH. 😡😡🤷

I am sorry that you have experienced this on Preloved.
We have a robust process where the majority of adverts go through digital review, however sometime manual reviews are conducted that can take a little longer than normal. Preloved reviews a number of adverts for quality, content and member security for both buyers and sellers. I'm sorry that your advert has taken longer to publish this time but we aim for all adverts to be live within 24 hours and usually within the same day.
