I purchased two bikinis both with medium size bottoms. After wearing one set on holiday I decided I wanted a smaller size bottoms so returned the unworn pair.
The return system is frustrating as I had to pay £4 for tracked delivery. The item arrived at the warehouse on 29th Sept I sent numerous emails asking when I would receive a refund.
On 15th October I received the item back in the post with no note.
I sent further email asking what had happened. I received a response saying the item had been worn and there were marks inside. This is an absolute lie as I haven’t worn them and the protective layer is still inside them. What a disgraceful and underhanded way to refuse a return. I have purchased a number of bikinis and I have even replaced the bikini bottoms with a small size but I will not purchase again and I will not recommend this company.
BE AWARE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURNS!!!!!!

We have ordered quite a few bathroom items for our new build project. We ordered some units incorrect and had a communication issue with customer services initially but after contacting the managing director of the business we were put in contact with Gina the customer services manager who sorted out the return of the items and processed a new order for the correct cabinets. Gina was very professional and helpful. Thank you to the managing director for responding and to Gina for sorting out the issues in a positive way. We will use both Bathroom Mountain and Tile Mountain for our bathrooms

Very happy with the ease of use of this website. I chose to buy from this site as the Britax booster seat was half the price of everywhere else. I did not find out the delivery charge at checkout, it wasn't until I was redirected to PayPal that the delivery charge was listed so it would be better to find it out at checkout, other than that I would use this site again.
