I've had quite a few planet X bikes and I've always been happy with them. Great value for money and really capable bikes. The build and shipping was super quick and a quick spec change was sorted for me.

Had a couple of concerns which AO sought to contact me about and resolve which was really appreciated. Item works fine.

We had a late flight but wanted to explore Copenhagen more after a checkout. The hotel gave us a big locker and it all worked great.

Light, strong, fast, what's not to like?
I bought some Gravel Race wheels for a bargain price and they're great. Nice and wide ID for wide tyres while still being lightweight is not matched by anyone else at this price point. The 2 spare spokes is a nice touch too.

Good prices, well packaged, good delivery. Almost everything I needed to know (had to research some details about products myself on the internet). The web site and account system seem pretty dated now but generally work fine. Delivery not the quickest did but get here eventually.

From initial contact we had our remortgage sorted the day after with absolutely fantastic service from Nicki who was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, clear and honest.
Unfortunately I was then put through to a life insurance specialist to ensure my life insurance was adequate for the mortgage but it just turned into a hard sell which I don't have the patience for. It was clear they were just trying to find any way they could to get me to change my current life insurance and critical illness cover to their partner for the commission. I recognised the insurance sales phrases a mile off and it was disappointing after such a positive experience up until that point.

About £30 cheaper than anywhere else and is a full standard UK item so not sure how they do it so cheap. Delivered in about 3 days with no problems at all. Very impressed.

Very impressive. As a package, the flights, hotel and transfers all worked seamlessly. So many jet2 reps at BHX and PMI that it seemed like the airports had been taken over by jet2.

Really impressed. Saw a few negative reviews but PCs can always be difficult to satisfy everyone with because you'll always get unseated cards through delivery or people not knowing how to put them together etc. This was perfect - really liked all the boxes for components being supplied so I have the spares too. A PC with top quality components put together with an OS preinstalled for less than I can buy them for myself? Yes please. The assembly was top notch too, really tidy inside.

I'm extremely pleased with the service and support by CWCS. Their infrastructure works very well and their support is fast and run by knowledgeable people. I would recommend CWCS without hesitation to any other business looking for a reliable service provider.
