The UPS delivery driver was a super nice chap!

He handed me my item and was extremely pleasant.

UPS has managed to deliver that which Yodel could not.

One small feat for UPS and yet an unattainable complex monolith for Yodel.

Initially ordered a sample pot - Celestial Blue

Unfortunately there was an issue with the initial courier. Contacted LG Customer Service who re-sent the order via UPS.

UPS were great!

The paint itself goes on like a dream. High pigmentation. Ideal consistency and coverage. The colour is simply stunning, truly.

Received an email to state my package had been delivered in a 'safe place' (Shed) @ 12.50pm

Absolute nonsense. Firstly I was in and secondly you cannot access my garden to get even remotely close to the shed.

This was a complete fabrication!

There was no parcel delivered, it was a blatant lie.

Attempt to converse with a CA is impossible. You're met with a bot which simply regurgitates the lie "the package was delivered" and abruptly ends the call.

BEWARE

Rapid delivery. The products were wrapped perfectly. Excellent service. Excellent prices. Excellent items. MERRY CHRISTMAS! 🎄

A tradesman pointed me towards this website stating he purchases all his tools here.

The drill itself is a nifty peace of kit. Quality build. Plenty of power for household tasks.

Swift delivery.

The only thing to critique these guys on is that the box which held my items wasn’t taped up. It was simply open with the contents on show. That said-they ship with reputable agents so everything arrived as ordered.

What kind of marketing is this?

Just opened my personal emails and there is an email stating

“ORDER JKS#SAL360
Thank you for your purchase!

Hi babe, we’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.”

This totaled £53.00

At the very bottom of the email it states

“WAIT... YOU DIDN'T ORDER THIS?

Don’t worry babe, no order was placed (yet...)
But if you’re already dreaming of these goodies, it’s a sign!”

I genuinely felt somebody had accessed my accounts and used my banking.

How on earth do you feel this is a genius marketing strategy and that you should run with it?

This is outrageous!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

Ordered 2 parasols from Aldi. They were ‘apparently’ split at the depot. I was given a 2 hour window and the delivery never arrived. I have a ring doorbell and so I can see anything and anyone who arrives at my home.

The next day I am given another 2 hour delivery time. This time ONE parasol turns up. The other to arrive on a separate delivery.

I am still to receive the other parasol. It has been 8 weeks!

Legend has it that to this day my parasol is still being driven around as a close friend and confidant for the drivers who never arrive at port.

I think TP should look into these rather glowing 5 star reviews. Most odd. Most truly odd. As Sherlock once said “Elementary my dear Watson” haha.

I have purchased items from Brandalley a number of times now and the service has always been excellent. Moreover, the savings are marvellous too.

I recommend.

P.s. I’ve not actually had to call their customer service as yet because ive never come across a problem so cannot comment on that.
