Lookers Range Rover never fails to disappoint in Customer Service

Lookers Range Rover dealership on the A41 Aylesbury never fails to disappoint in it's customer service. Called at 5pm to say my car was ready, got there 35 mins later only to wait another near 40 mins to pick up my car.
Another customer came in and got served immediately.(male with a more prestigious Range Rover). My car was not washed as offered and not bought to the tunnel for pick up. (It was sleeting outside) There was only one lady in the Service Dept. I have always battled being a female Range Rover owner in what seems to be a man's world. From Sales to Service, they need to get their act together. Even picking up the courtesy car, I had to wait as it had no fuel. Inside the courtesy car (only had 6k on the clock)it clearly was not looked after with sticky marks all over the steering wheel and consul.

Left outside in the rain around the…

Left outside in the rain around the back of the house, not as per instructions as in the front porch. Disgusting service as usual by Yodel, I dread it when I know a package is coming via them. Every delivery is the same, either damaged, gone to wrong address or left outside.
