What an incompetent company, I have waited in 3 days now & still haven’t received my parcel. They are happy to lie and say they tried, I have cameras on my property and they haven’t been near it. If you try and track your parcel it tells you that they are delivering it 5hrs prior to what time you’re calling. Then I was sent messages on Friday to say it was out for delivery and it would be delivered the day before. Absolutely shocking service.

Just had Lee & Craig deliver our sofas, what a lovely couple of guys. They were so respectful of our property, took incredible care handling and locating our new sofas. They were so professional, phoned to say when they were 30mins away as promised. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neptune as a company and their furniture is beautiful and of a lovely quality.

Check in was quick and easy and I was kept informed about the progress of my car throughout the day right up to collection

Shipping was extremely expensive and the product was nothing like in the photo. The plant pot is dark grey and a very solid colour. In the photo it shows it a light concrete grey and it’s quite mottled. This is not the case. If you want the pot in the photo please don’t buy, you will be extremely disappointed.

Very very disappointed, cost £15.00 in postage and when it arrived, looks nothing like the picture. It is dark grey and a solid colour. Picture shows light grey concrete colour and mottled. If I send it back it will have cost the same price as the pot in the first place. If you want the pot in the picture, please do not buy.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish they were so professional, extremely helpful and friendly. They were great at making recommendations and talking through all the options available and so efficient. My kitchen is definitely my dream kitchen and better than I ever could have imagined. Amazing!!
