They cannot install gas hobs, despite advertising it!
BE AWARE! I bought a gas hob and there was the option to buy just the hob or hob + Installation. I went for the latter.
I waited nine days for delivery and the delivery person then stated they were not installing and just left the product.
It took me an hour on the phone to Very to eventually be told they could not install it and they would "Refund the difference." Customer service was useless.
I then spent another 30 mins on the phone to Hotpoint, trying to organise the installation. After speaking to three different people, I was informed they do not install gas hobs!
Very are STILL advertising installation as a service on their website!
So, after 9 days of waiting, I have nothing to cook on, a hob sat in a box on my floor and now I have to organise my own fitting. I also took a day off work and wasted 90 minutes going round in circles to various depts.
Epic fail from Very!
